Warranty
All items purchased on Orthovo.shop include a free 30‑day warranty. The warranty covers products that do not work due to a manufacturing defect or non‑functional part that was not caused by the buyer. It applies to functional parts that affect the main use of the product. If you discover a defect during the warranty period, Orthovo may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@orthovo.shop within 30 days of receiving your order, and include your original order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or videos of the item. We may ask you to return the product so we can inspect it. Return shipping costs are normally your responsibility, unless the issue is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect. The warranty can only be used by the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
